Privacy & data use
ShareabilityOS is an internal tool operated by Shareability. Anyone can reach this site, but only Shareability employees can sign in and use it. This notice describes the information the tool handles. It covers ShareabilityOS only; shareability.com has its own policies.
If you are visiting without signing in
The public pages do not use analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies, and they do not ask you for any information. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, such as IP address, browser type, and the page requested, for security and reliability.
If you are a Shareability employee
- Account details. When you sign in with Google we receive your name, work email address, and profile photo. Sign-in is limited to @shareability.com accounts.
- Google Drive. Sign-in requests permission to create files in your Drive so the assistant can save drafts there. The tool can only see files it created.
- Your work in the tool. Campaigns, analyses, reviews, notes, tickets, and assistant conversations you create are stored and are visible to teammates according to their role.
- Activity records. We log actions taken in the tool to keep an audit trail, investigate problems, and maintain security.
Creator and campaign information
The tool analyzes publicly available content and profile information from creators’ social channels, such as YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok, along with public web sources, to help our teams evaluate potential brand partnerships. It also stores campaign materials and business contact details supplied by our teams and clients. Automated analysis supports our staff; partnership decisions are made by people.
ShareabilityOS uses YouTube API Services. Information obtained that way is also subject to the Google Privacy Policy.
Cookies and local storage
We use only what the tool needs to work: cookies that keep you signed in and protect the sign-in flow, and browser storage that remembers interface preferences such as reduced motion. Because these are strictly necessary, there is no consent banner. If we ever add analytics or other non-essential tracking, we will update this notice and ask first.
Service providers
We share information with vendors that run the tool on our behalf, including providers of hosting, database and authentication, AI analysis, public social data collection, and email and messaging notifications. They may use the information only to provide those services. We do not sell personal information or share it for advertising.
Retention and security
Information is kept for as long as it is needed for our work with clients and creators, or as required by law. Access requires a Shareability account and is limited by role.
Your choices
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask what personal information we hold about you, and to have it corrected or deleted. To make a request, or to ask a question about this notice, email engineering@shareabilityos.com. We will not treat you differently for making a request.
Changes
We will post any changes here and update the effective date above.
